Volunteering during Farley Fest is a fun and impactful way to enjoy the weekends’ activities while serving your community.
Below is a list of volunteer positions with descriptions and requirements:
INFORMATIONAL BOOTH – friday or saturday (am/pm)
Check in volunteers, direct vendors to respective parking/unloading areas, answer questions from attendees, sell raffle tickets. Must have good communication skills and be at least 18 years old.
SECURITY – friday (pm) or saturday (pm)
Supportive role in providing security during the outdoor concerts. Must be assertive and at least 21 years old.
Kids zone attendant – friday or saturday (am/pm)
Supervise and help with tasks regarding the kids activities and inflatables.
Set up / clean up crew – thurs, fri, sat (various)
Set up Thursday and Friday. Tear down/clean up Saturday night.
Stage crew – must be available for load in/out
Must be available for various load in/out times Friday-Sunday–exact times TBD. Must be at least 18 years old and able to lift.
golf cart trolley driver – friday or saturday (am/pm)
Pick up and drop off individuals that need assistance, in and around the park. Must be at least 18 years old.
Q-fest public tasting ticket sales – Saturday 11:30am-2pm
Sell Q-Fest barbecue tasting tickets.
cornhole tournament – FRIDAY (pm)
Assist in set up and coordination of the Cornhole Tournament.
car show registration booth – friday (pm)
Sign in and direct car show entries to the show area.
concert TICKET SALES – saturday (PM)
Sell Saturday concert tickets at the gate. Must have good math skills, quick thinker, and at least 21 years old.
ID CHECK – Saturday (pm)
Check guest photo ID’s and put on beer wristbands. Must be at least 21 years old.
TICKET SCANNER – Saturday (pm)
Scan tickets at the gate via an app on your mobile device or tablet.
BEER GARDEN attendant – Friday or Saturday (am/pm)
Verify purchaser has correct beer wristband, collect beer tickets, and serve beer. Must be at least 21 years old.
beer TICKET SALES – Friday or saturday (am/pm)
Sell beer tickets at designated booth. Verify purchaser has correct alcohol wristband. Must be at least 21 years old.
